It was LOVE at FIRST SIGHT for Big Bang Theory star and his former Miss India wife, Neha Kapur. The wedding venue was New Delhi December 2011. Photographer = Unknown, to me at least. I loved the quirky, fun and free feeling the pictures exude. I usually find weddings boring unless you are closely related to the couple than they tend to be fun. These pictures almost make me wish I get to be a part of a spectacular 6 day celebration ASAP. The bride looked like the belle of the ball in all three outfits.

New York Fashion Week Spring 2013
Dine Von Furstenberg and Marchesa were my favorite collections for Spring 2013 at NYFW. Both were obviously inspired by South Asian wear/materials/embroideries. DVF's collection had a more subtle sari drapery and the pant with long shirt (Shalwar Kameez) style. Loved the color choices for DVF. Bold and In-Your-Face like an Indian Wedding. Marchesa celebrated their collection with the Indian bead work, sari pallu border on dresses, sari draped over dresses and heavily embroidered necklines. The line seemed to be inspired by the Moguls Emperors. This collections is fit for the Indian bride. Even the shoes for both collections were screaming Bombay sensibilities. Which is your favorite?
