Isabel Marant Fall 2010-2011

Isabel Marant discovered fashion design when she received a sawing machine at 15 yrs. She created her first pieces by transforming clothes that she found here and there. With a very particular style of hers and thanks to a friend that offered to sell some of her stuff in the Halles, in Paris, Isabel Marant gained fame. In just one month, she sold everything she had made and earned more than 6 000 francs. Isabel Marant had found her passion: She would be a fashion designer. The rest is as they say history.  
Her androgynous style seduced everyone! Don't you just adore the red & gold glitter capri pants???!! I never was into the capri trend when it came out a few years back but I am digging the fitted edgy capri for 2011!  Myself, being a big fan of the ANDRO-look --- am L.O.V.E.ing  her collection!
